The Builder shall have the right to substitute materials of similar design, quality and pattern as those shown in “plans and specifications” Builder reserves the right to make such changes in the construction or materials as may required by material shortages or subcontractors changes. Builder shall designate the location of the dwelling. The undersigned Purchaser hereby understands and agrees that the Builder is not responsible for any frost or salt damage to any exterior concrete. Concrete may be subject to pitting, peeling, cracking and spalling and/or scaling and no warranties, representations, undertaking or promises, whether oral, implied or otherwise have been made by the Builder regarding durability of the concrete, including but not limited to any occurrence of pitting, peeling, spalling and/or scaling.
